WHAT DOES RED CHILI PEPPER THREAD MEAN?

I've been expanding hot peppers for a while now but am new to dehydrating. My long red chillis and ghost peppers all dehydrated wonderful and also have generated some pretty incredibly hot powders which i have been employing in different dishes.I pulverize mine in a very mortar and pestle. Should you don’t have just one, you can use a spice grind
